Why did my reminder not appear?
- Open PillPetal → Settings and check that notification permission says Allowed.
- Check the scheduled-through date under Reminder Diagnostics.
- Tap Refresh Reminder Schedule.
- In iOS Settings → Notifications → PillPetal, confirm alerts are enabled and that Focus modes are not silencing the reminder.
Why is the medicine photo missing from a notification?
iOS may omit an attachment even when the text reminder is delivered. Open the medicine and confirm its image still appears. Re-select the image if needed. Image attachment failure never prevents the text reminder.
The background removal selected the wrong object
On the confirmation screen choose Try Again to select the subject, or choose Crop Manually. The square crop supports pinch-to-zoom and dragging.
How do I correct a dose record?
Open History and use the menu beside an entry. Choose Edit Log to change its status or time, or Undo to remove it. Refill inventory is adjusted when a taken record changes.
How do I recover an archived medicine?
Open Settings → Data & History → Archived Medicines, then choose Restore.
How do I move my data?
Open Settings → Data & History → Export Backup. The local JSON backup includes medicines, history, and saved medicine PNGs. On another installation, choose Import Backup. CSV export provides a spreadsheet-friendly history record.
Is PillPetal medical advice?
No. PillPetal is a reminder and record-keeping tool. Verify scanned information and follow your doctor’s, pharmacist’s, or medicine label’s instructions.

为什么没有收到提醒？

为什么通知中没有药品图片？
即使文字提醒正常送达，iOS 有时也可能省略附件。请打开药品详情确认图片仍然存在，必要时重新选择图片。图片附件失败不会阻止文字提醒。
自动抠图选错了对象
在确认页面选择“重新识别”以手动选择主体，或选择“手动裁剪”。正方形裁剪支持双指缩放和拖动。
如何纠正错误的服药记录？
打开历史记录，点击条目旁的菜单。选择“编辑记录”修改状态或时间，或选择“撤销”移除。已服用状态发生变化时，库存也会同步修正。
如何恢复已归档的药品？
打开设置 → 数据与记录 → 已归档药品，然后选择“恢复”。
如何迁移数据？
打开设置 → 数据与记录 → 导出备份。本地 JSON 备份包含药品、记录和已保存的药品 PNG。可在另一安装中选择“导入备份”。CSV 导出适合用表格查看历史记录。
吃药了是否提供医疗建议？
不提供。本应用是提醒和记录工具。请核对扫描结果，并遵循医生、药师或药品标签的指导。
